Filtration Precision: Japanese paper filters at 1-3μm, German paper at 3-5μm, effectively filtering tiny impurities for high precision and smooth surfaces. Available filter paper areas: standard 12㎡, enhanced 14㎡, super (Japanese paper).
Filter Element Manufacturing: Advanced equipment ensures uniform pore size and stable structure in filter elements.
Filter Shell Manufacturing: Covers made of 1.0mm-1.2mm thick iron, with 0.6mm-0.8mm outer mesh, treated with electrophoresis for durability and corrosion resistance.
Assembly: Sealed with eco-friendly polyurethane glue, preventing leakage and maintaining stable water pressure.
Quality Inspection: Each batch undergoes strict testing for filtration efficiency, pressure resistance, and sealing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, with an explosion-proof pressure value around 3.5kg.
Production Process for Slow Wire Cutting Resin
Raw Material Selection: The resin is a ready-to-use combination of gel-type strong acid cation exchange resin and strong base anion exchange resin, ensuring high ion exchange capacity and stable physicochemical properties.
Material Processing: The resin raw materials undergo treatment, including cleaning, screening, and pre-treatment, to ensure purity and quality.
Resin Manufacturing: Advanced ion exchange resin production techniques are used to process the raw materials into uniform particles with high exchange capacity.
Packaging: The resin is packaged in 5-liter bags (aluminum foil or opaque PE bags, vacuum sealed): 5 bags per box (25 liters per box). It can also be packaged in plastic or cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, with a capacity of 50 liters per drum.
Quality Inspection: Each batch of resin undergoes strict quality testing before leaving the factory, including exchange capacity tests, particle size analysis, and physical performance assessments to ensure stable product performance.
